Rover

Rover is a rank within Outcast for new additions to the guild. The Rank of Rover is not considered a protected rank, meaning if a player with the rank of Rover causes problems which a Chosen or Pathfinder considers to be inappropriate they have the authority to remove you from the guild without prior council.
