Pathfinder are also part of the Circle of Wisdom and make up the bulk of the background guild decision making. 'Most' Pathfinders have taken on a pivotal roll within the guilds ongoing healthy operations. They have freely taken on these responsibilities for the betterment of the guild. Roles are more specifically outlined within the Structure page. To become a Pathfinder there first must be the need for an additional one, either by replacement/absence or because the guild has grown in size. Pathfinders represent the apex in Outcast philosophies and as such, a would be Pathfinder would have to prove this to the current Pathfinders and Chosen to be considered.

Pathfinders (Guild Rank 2)

As said above, the Pathfinder role plays a pivotal part in shaping and/or running the guild on a day to day basis. Here is a list of tasks officers are expected to perform. This list is subject to change at any time, as adaptation is necessary.

Officers will be judged based on their effectiveness and adherence to performing these required tasks/roles.

They are also required to currently be performing a minimum of one required task/role.

Tasks/Roles

• Every officer is expected to make themselves available to the guild, upon logging in, for questions, comments, and/or concerns.

• Answering questions from guildies regarding guild functions, rules, raiding, forum usage, etc.

• Communication of officer decisions to the guild.

• Leading raids.

• Providing class and profession skill information and advice.

• Offering and providing help to Guild with group and dungeon quests.

• Recruitment from outside the guild, including maintenance of the application system and input to applications.

• Web site maintenance, including providing information and content to the Wiki and/or site developers.
