Suggestion
I seen alot of 25 mans not happening. We need more 10 mans scheduled so you will have the geared manpower for the 25s. We also need to get those finishing 5 man heroics into noob 10 man runs as well.

Guild members need to be responsible for their own characters. It is up to each individual to put forth an effort.
